The Customer service was outstanding. The crew was friendly and cleaned after installation. Floor even, no gaps in LVP all square. Room is beautiful. Down side discoveries, there is a gap in molding in main bath, too much padding removed from carpet to LVP transition, now an awkward step and there was a hight lip at transition, had to sand down myself. These things are minor but full experience was not perfect. A picture says a thousand words. Would use again and have given phone number to 2 friends and I was refered by a friend.

A professional and friendly experience from start to finish, I would absolutely use The Flooring Company again in the future!

They got us on the estimate schedule very quickly and were willing to wait until we could have our basement fully emptied before scheduling our installation date. They were also willing to adjust the estimate so that my husband could install the floor molding instead at a later date, hence the reason it’s missing from the completed photo. The installation team was hardworking and professional, and when a minor issue arose several months after the installation The Flooring Company responded promptly and rectified the issue quickly and carefully. Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with our new basement floor.

Start to finish everything went smooth and was very easy. Malak who was my direct person of contact during the estimate and installation was always very helpful and reliable! I went with an engineered hardwood (condo required floating floors), and carpet. They turned out even better than I had hoped!

We hired Ali to get our first level flooring changed from Carpet to LVP. Ali was very professional and explained the materials, gave us different options, showed samples and helped us choose the right colors. He gave us an installation date per our preference. His installer Sam and his team were also very professional, highly skilled and perfectionists. They came on time, moved the furniture around by themselves and with care, cleaned the area before and after and got rid of our old carpet. We are very happy with the looks and their overall work. Highly recommend Ali, Sam and his team. We are in fact so happy with the work that we are asking Ali to give us a quote for the upstairs. Well done Ali and your team!

Lin at the Livonia, Flooring Co. was the sales person. She arrived on time and did an excellent job highlighting what could be done to improve the final product. She recommended a higher weight padding to reduce the sound on the stairs and arranged for any needed repair work. The installation was done and completed by Sam. He explained what he was going to do and why and completed the job in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the final product and the cost as well!!
