Their workmanship is top notch!! Mel from Omega floors came out gave me a good price and offered me good carpet and pad. Omega came out on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently had new vinyl flooring and carpet installed and I must say that It was a great experience!! Jason did an awesome job being patient with us as we couldn’t decide on a color or type but with his help we finally did.The young ladies on the phone were great when we called several times with questions about the installation (it was our first major flooring purchase since we moved in). Joe and his installers were amazing!!!! They were very professional and personable, going out of their way for us to make sure it looked perfect. Really great guys, we were kinda sad that they finished so quick because they were fun to talk to. Overall tremendous experience with Omega Floors and I have and will continue recommending them to everyone.

I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience with Omega. Start to finish, Omega exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in to their office I was treated as family. Julie and Jason, the owners, are so down to earth and helpful. Jason came out to measure my house the same day I came to get a quote. Julie was amazingly helpful and patient about all the logistics of the job and helping pick out the perfect product. The rest of the staff is SO nice and professional. Aside from their amazing customer service, Omega did a FLAWLESS job! I had glue down vinyl plank flooring installed in my whole house and carpet on my stairs. They leveled out uneven floors to make everything more “open floor plan.” They custom painted my shoe molding and every piece of the floor and cut/molding was installed PERFECTLY. This kind of service is something the big box stores don’t offer. ALL of the installation guys were so nice and sweet. I loved having them in our house. You can tell they REALLY know what they’re doing. They are professional, kind, FAST and talented. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Wonderful company. First they recommended the best products for use with a wheelchair and walker and then they went out of their way to ensure that the transitions from carpet to wood floors were seamless to make using a wheel chair or a walker very easy. Price was also very reasonable. Everyone involved in the process was very friendly and helpful.
