Carson and his team did a beautiful job refinishing our hardwood floors! We have a tricky open stairway they needed to deal with, and they were very patient with me after deciding we needed to change the stain color which added some time. They also removed and replaced our banged up base shoe; it looks like new. We couldn’t be more pleased - thanks to Nelson and crew!

I was looking to have my floors refinished and new baseboards installed and I went with footprints flooring. I reached out to Carson (owner) to see about scheduling a visit to go over the project. He was thorough in explaining the details, recommendations, and other options regarding the floor restoration. Provided an on the spot estimate and a date set.
Dan the flooring guy that restored my floor was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to address a small concern early on in the project (the baseboard width was smaller than the expansion gap on the floor). He was able to address that issue quickly.
Overall, I was really happy with how well the floor turned out. Carson would reach out if things came up. I would definitively recommend these guys!

I've worked with a few contractors over the years who have impressed me and Carson is one of them after working together. He nailed our project with the 3 things I value the most when it comes to doing a floor project.

1. Time- he showed up on time, for the estimate and when the project kicked off. And our project was completed on time.
2. Cost- The estimate he gave was within pennies of the final bill. You can't argue with that, and they moved our refrigerator. The other businesses I spoke to said they won't move anything, they just go around it.
3. Quality of work- Our floors came out great. The floors look brand new again period!

His team was polite, fun, and hardworking. (Nelson and Sammy)
