We recently worked with David from Dow Floors, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He installed tile in our kitchen, entryways, and bathroom, as well as engineered hardwood throughout our main living areas and bedrooms. Our home is over 40 years old and about 2,200 square feet, so the project required a lot of detailed work—and David delivered.

From start to finish, David was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and kept the project moving smoothly. He was also meticulous, especially when it came to leveling our floors—an extra step that took more time and effort but made a huge difference in the final result.

The craftsmanship is outstanding, and our new floors look absolutely spectacular. The additional cost for such precise, high-quality work was well worth it. We truly love the transformation our new flooring has given our home.
