The entire experience of buying and having the hard wood installed was extremely pleasant. The sales representative, Jeremy, at the store was very responsible while ordering the wood (raw material). The rep also took time to explain the process and did everything possible to win our business.
The installation job was the best that we've had done at our house till date. The installer, Scott, was extremely efficient and highly skilled so much so that he has become our benchmark for comparing other installation/jobs done at our house.
The team knows what they are doing and takes very good care of their customers. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend 1 Wood Floors.

We just had our floors done by 1 Wood Flooring and they did an amazing job! Ed provided the estimate and we worked on the details pluses and minuses for the work to be done since we changed our minds a bit). The floors were carpeted, the crew came in and removed the carpet, sanded, and eliminated floor squeaks. Jamie who worked on our floors was great to work with and did fantastic work on our wood floors. The entire crew (Jamie, Terry, and Nick) were kind, courteous, patient and very professional. Patient mostly because we had a lot of questions during the project. The guys minimized the dust as best as they could and took their time to make our floor absolutely beautiful. Megan from the office did a great job of follow-up. We were very happy with the entire process, but especially the professionalism of Jamie and his team!

2024 Fast forward to my third project with One Wood Floors! Every project has been completed with the highest level of quality and professionalism. Ed, Roslyn and Aaron were all a pleasure to work with. This project involved a floor that had significant settling that Aaron painstakingly resolved. I only shopped one place for this project because I knew it would be done correctly.

It has been one month since our beautiful new floors were installed. It was a great pleasure to work with 1 Wood Floors from meeting Jeremy in the showroom to Scott, Chris and Chris with the installation. With about 1000 sq. ft. of new floors, I thought our project was big but 1 Wood Floors was ready for it. The customer service was unmatched - I was always kept up to date on the progress and when the flooring estimate ran a bit short, 1 Wood Floors expedited the shipping of the needed materials and stood by their original cost estimate. We shopped around for price and service and could not find any competitors that could beat 1 Wood Floors.

I cannot recommend 1 Wood Floors enough. Roslyn and Ed treat their customers like family and are just wonderful people in general- they are genuinely so responsive, anticipate customers' needs and want to help in any way possible. I purchased hardwood flooring from their store, and Roslyn was so expeditious and thorough with providing quotes and helping me select a product. Much to my regret, I did not book an install through their store and instead went with an independent installer I had made arrangements with a while before finding them. When I started noticing issues with this installer's work, Ed was kind enough to come out and inspect the job himself. He was very thorough and offered some super helpful guidance I greatly appreciated as a first-time homeowner dealing with a flooring install. You don't encounter this kind of service often these days.

We are new owners of a 1973 home & wanted to update with wood flooring in our living room & hallway, add luxury vinyl tile in our hallway bathroom & have new trim work added throughout those areas. There was a specific concern at end of our hallway where there was at least a 1.5inch drop and we needed it leveled. (There had been an addition added several years ago-now structurally sound.) We needed to make sure who we hired could take care of this. I had met with 5 different flooring companies & had 4 actually come out to see project. From moment I met Ed at 1WoodFloors, I could hear his experience included not only sales, but he was interested in what type of wood would be most appropriate for my project. He listened to my concerns, which included not only the leveling issue, but the moisture content in our home. He wasn’t interested in selling a product that would not be suited for our needs. He wanted us to have a floor that would last for years to come. He came out to assess the scope of our issues and could tell this would be a challenge but do-able. Ed was/is an installer himself which I believe makes him the best at inspecting a project and giving his recommendation. It was not about a quick sale. It was about a quality product done correctly. The estimate we received was a bit higher than we wanted to spend, leading us to seek other companies. After meeting and speaking with 5 others, my husband and I were confident that Ed and his team were best suited for our project. He said he had the perfect installer for the job, and Aaron turned out to be exactly as Ed described him. Aaron was kind, friendly, purposeful, methodical, highly skilled, and extremely detail oriented. He is a very hard worker and his talent was evident at the end of each day. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our flooring! We do not regret our decision one bit and know that every penny was worth it. We are overjoyed with the results! The transformation of our living space has given us a wonderful sense of calm & enjoyment! 1WoodFloors & Aaron have everything to do with it. We will be forever appreciative and grateful for their work!! Very highly recommend this team!!
